Blending elements of indie, alternative rock, emo and pop-punk with a heavy focus on vocal dynamics, the band has grown an increasingly dedicated and supportive following with each release. Members of the Philadelphia-area music scene, Pete Long, Andrew Hight, and Brian Quirk started jamming together after years playing on local shows in different bands with each other. Following a year-plus of writing and recording during the pandemic, MCGH hit the stage for the first time in late 2021 and has gigged rigorously in the local scene and on a regional touring circuit ever since.
