Doc Scott & Ant TC1 – THE METALHEADZ 2022 US Tour

Resonate, ReignForest, LEFT RITE and Tenure DC would like to present to you something that we feel strongly about…..THE METALHEADZ 2022 US Tour Doc Scott – A true veteran and leading tastemaker in D&B!Doc Scott has been an essential and pivotal figure in the scene since before its inception and continues to push things forward. Founding member of ‘A Bunch Of Cuts’, his DJ sets in the mid-90s became legendary, notably at the Metalheadz Blue Note sessions and ‘Speed’. Although primarily a DJ, his productions are definitive classics within the scene, such as ‘Here Comes The Drumz’ on Reinforced, the first ever Metalheadz release ‘VIP Drumz’, to the more mellow sounds of ‘Tokyo Dawn’ on Good Looking Records. His own label 31 Records, sparked by Scott’s ground-breaking ‘Shadow Boxing’, has also been a hub for new talent, pushing some of the biggest artists today in their early days. Ant TC1 Ant TC1 along with Hidden Agenda founded Dispatch Recordings back in 2001, Ant originally helped out with the management side of the label before finding his feet within the realms of production; which was a natural progression for him having DJ’d on pirate radio and in clubs from the age of 14 (since 1992). His first release alongside frequent production partner Stress Level appeared on Dispatch after almost 3 years of hard work getting their collective sound where they felt it needed to be before even thinking about turning on a DAT recorder. After their first release hit the stores they quickly picked up a wealth of DJ support across their early material and went on to release for a who’s who list of established Drum & Bass record labels including the likes of Renegade, CIA, Advanced, Critical Records Integral, Liquid V, Commercial Suicide, Good Looking Records, Bingo Beats and Samurai Music. By demand remix work started to feature heavily within their output and the duo went on to remix for the likes of Hidden Agenda, Chris SU, Artificial Intelligence, Kabuki, Total Science, Optical & Ryme Time (Jagged Edge), Atlantic Connection, Tactile & DJ Marky. Branching out and working with other producers such as Survival & DLR has only furthered experience Ant’s skills at the controls over the years, Ant has also released his own solo material more recently on top of remixing for the likes of Lomax on Integral Records. In 2014 Ant realised a lifetime ambition, securing his first ever release for the legendary Metalheadz label “Hungry For Atmosphere” alongside Mako, DLR & Villem.

Nu Androids + Warehouse On Watts Present Aluna

“Singer/songwriter Aluna Francis is one-half of the 2012-formed U.K. electronic duo AlunaGeorge and builds upon that act’s sound in a solo context to venture further into eclectic dance-pop territory. She debuted with 2020’s stylistically elastic Renaissance, with the standalone singles “Trouble” and “Forget About Me” appearing in 2021 and 2022, respectively.” -James Wilkinson”The desire for change stirs from the inside. We either listen to it—or not. Aluna chose to listen. After generating over one billion streams, selling out shows around the world, and receiving award nominations and widespread critical acclaim as one-half of multi-platinum duo , the singer, songwriter, and producer established an unpredictable and undeniable signature sound on her 2020 solo debut.” 21+
